Palm Sunday

Sunday in Palm Beach, allowing our legs to recover from the horror that was yesterday, and generally chilling out. That's it really. Another long ride tomorrow to Miami, and then a little more rest for the legs (though perhaps not the liver).

    I am happy to add the cost of another pair of cycle shoes on to my sponsorship! Anyone who's had foxes in the garden will know what Kat's trainers now smell like. Phoooooooooweeeeeee! Surely there are cycle suppliers in Miami? Surely...
